1. Agreement

By adding Dezio to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Dezio.

2. What Dezio is

Dezio is a Discord bot that offers music playback, Last.fm statistics, media downloads, games, AI chat, moderation, logging and other tools. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Dezio.
• Only download or share content you have the right to use.
• Don't use Dezio to harass people, spam, or get around Discord's rules or another server's moderation.
• Age-restricted commands only work in age-restricted channels; don't try to work around that.

4. Availability

Dezio is a hobby project run on the developer's own hardware. It's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be online, fast or error-free.

5. Liability

The developer isn't liable for losses or damages that result from using Dezio, including lost data, in-game currency or server settings.

6. Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to use Dezio after a change means you accept the new terms.
